Menu Policy

1. Full-Service Course Dinner Package

Our Full-Service Catering is ideal for formal, plated events and offers guests a personalized, multi-course experience. You’ll work directly with our chefs to curate a menu tailored to your event.

Menu Structure:

  • Appetizer – Passed or plated starters

  • Main Course – Custom selection of proteins, vegetables, and starches

  • Dessert – Seasonal or signature sweet options

  • Beverages – Optional wine, cocktail, or mocktail pairings

Dietary accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-aware) are available upon request. Please notify us at least 10 days prior to your event.

2. Service Guidelines

  • Minimum Guest Count: 15

  • Service Fee: $500
    (Covers staffing, setup, service, and cleanup)

  • Not included: Food cost and material rentals (plates, glassware, linens, décor, etc.)

3. Menu Selections

Our curated offerings are available in Small and Large pans and are priced separately from the service fee.

4. Dietary & Allergen Accommodations

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-aware options are available exclusively for Full-Service Catering.
Please communicate any dietary needs at least 10 days prior to your event.

5. Packaging & Presentation

  • Hot items: Served on-site or delivered in foil pans with insulated carriers

  • Cold items: Presented in chilled containers with ice packs

  • On-site service: Includes labeled trays, warming equipment, and serving utensils

6. Ordering & Finalization

  • Final menu selections must be confirmed 10 days before the event

  • Last-minute changes may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed

7. Setup & Service

  • Setup time is based on event size and scope

  • Our staff handles all setup, food service, and cleanup as part of the Full-Service Package

8. Food Safety

  • All food is prepared and held at safe temperatures:

    • Hot food above 140°F

    • Cold food below 40°F

  • We follow all local health department guidelines and safety protocols

9. Sustainability

  • We use eco-friendly and compostable packaging by default

  • Menu planning focuses on reducing food waste and maximizing sustainability
